The Self-Worth Accelerator

This is a complete 12 month group coaching program accompanied with pre-recorded educational video modules, worksheets, strategy, workbook guide and more. We will meet for 1.5 hour every other week for coaching sessions. We deep dive into addressing the mindsets and limiting thoughts that makes negotiating salary scary. My goal is to help you feel empowered and confident whenever you go into salary negotiations.

This is For You If:

  • You've been in your job for years but aren't getting the raise you deserve
  • You're fresh out of college and feel like you aren't supposed to negotiate because you don't have much work experience
  • You are planning to make a career change and worry that you won't be able to negotiate because you're new to the industry
  • You love the company you work for and want to walk into your salary negotiations feeling empowered
  • You're currently at a toxic company, and you know there's more out there for you, but you don't know where to start your job search, let alone negotiate your salary.
  • You haven't looked for a new job in years, and you want to streamline your job search process so you get tons of interviews and learn how to use the offers as leverage to negotiate.
  • You're the first in your family to navigate a corporate career and salary negotiations
  • You think you might be underpaid or know you should be making more money, but don't know how to ask.
  • You feel undervalued at work for taking on more responsibilities but not being properly compensated.
  • You're ready to learn the badass skill of negotiating your salary so you can use these tactics every year and secure that $1.5 million that Latinas lose over the course of their career for not negotiating.

The Self-Worth Accelerator Program

I don’t want to be the bearer of bad news, but people of color, especially women of color, are underpaid. Any way you cut it, women get the short end of the stick when it comes to salary – and I’m over that. I’m here to teach and mentor you through salary negotiations!

The most impactful time to make a difference in a persons career is at the beginning, especially for women. A study calculated that women who consistently negotiate their salary increases earn at least $1 million more during their careers than women who don’t.

This is a complete 6 month group coaching program accompanied with video modules, worksheets, workbook guide and other resources. We get REAL about all the mindsets and limiting thoughts that makes negotiating salary so scary. My goal is to help you feel empowered and confident whenever you go into salary negotiations.

Every person deserves to be paid a salary that aligns with them and I'm here to teach you how to do it. Let's get that bread.

Pay Gap Statistics

The numbers don't lie. On average, women make 80 cents compared to the white man's dollar. When broken down by ethnicity, Black and Indigenous women are disproportionally affected by the pay gap.

Based Off 2018 Median Earnings, on average women are being underpaid by $19,371

When you consider the data that only 40% of women negotiate, the amount of money being left on the table is devastating.

Testimonials

Mayra negotiated $117,000+ increase in total compensation
(Base salary + bonus + relocation + flexibility)

"Before working with Evie, I knew I was underpaid — but I didn’t have the confidence or the tools to negotiate. Coming from academia and navigating my career as a first-gen Latina immigrant, I had been told many times that I ‘didn’t have enough experience,’ and over time, I started to believe it. I was grateful just to be considered, even when I knew deep down my skills were being undervalued.

Inside the program, everything shifted. Evie didn’t just cheer me on — she gave me a clear strategy, helped me reframe my experience, and supported me every step of the way. I learned how to negotiate with confidence, stay grounded even when a recruiter pushed back, and advocate for myself without fear of being seen as difficult.

The results were beyond anything I imagined. I negotiated a $77,000 increase in base salary, an additional $20,000 bonus, a $20,000 relocation package, a delayed start date, and a remote arrangement so my husband and I didn’t have to live apart. I went from never having seen that kind of money in my life to confidently stepping into a six-figure role that truly honors my work, my health, and my family.

This wasn’t just a financial win — it was a personal transformation. I now see negotiation as a collaborative, win-win conversation, and I carry these skills with me far beyond one job offer. Investing in this program was scary at first, but it became one of the most empowering decisions I’ve ever made. I finally know, without a doubt, that I am worthy of more — and I know how to ask for it."

Mayra

Jocelyn negotiated $49,000+ increase in total compensation as a new college graduate.

"Before working with Evie, I wasn’t just scared to negotiate—I was petrified. As a new college graduate, I truly believed I had no leverage and should feel lucky just to receive an offer at all. I had spent years in a scarcity mindset, assuming that asking for more would make me seem ungrateful or difficult. Deep down, I didn’t trust that I was allowed to want more, let alone ask for it. Through our work together, Evie helped me unpack those beliefs and really see what I bring to the table—even at the very beginning of my career. Once that shift happened, I realized I couldn’t settle for less anymore.

The first offer I received, I nervously negotiated to the top of the salary range—and then, for the first time in my life, I asked for a sign-on bonus and actually got it. That win changed everything. I turned that offer down, kept applying, and ended up with three additional offers. I ultimately accepted a role with a $37,000 higher base salary than the first offer I turned down, negotiated my hours and schedule, secured a $12,000 performance bonus, and even asked to push my start date back by a month so I could celebrate myself. What surprised me most was that advocating for myself didn’t cost me opportunities—it expanded them. I’m no longer afraid to sell myself because I finally know my worth, and that confidence has completely changed how I move through my career and my life."

Laura went from burnout, self-doubt, and feeling like a total failure… to negotiating a $32,000 salary increase and finally feeling safe, confident, and valued.

"Before joining the Self-Worth Accelerator, I was coming out of a toxic job where I felt completely undervalued. I never imagined quitting without something lined up — as a first-generation, oldest daughter Latina, that felt like failure.

What Evie helped me do first wasn’t strategy — it was healing. We worked through my burnout, my confidence, and the belief that I wasn’t allowed to ask for more. I didn’t even know salary negotiation was something I had a right to do.

Through the program, I learned how to advocate for myself, optimize my resume and LinkedIn, and understand how hiring actually works today. I stopped wasting energy applying blindly and started getting interviews — and offers.

When I finally accepted a new role, I negotiated $32,000 more in base salary, stepped into a higher title, and rebuilt financial stability in my life. I’m paying off debt, investing in my future, and — most importantly — I feel safe in my body asking for what I deserve.

The community was everything. Being surrounded by women who share resources, celebrate each other, and genuinely want to see you win changed how I move through the world.

Investing in myself through this program paid me back many times over — not just financially, but emotionally and professionally. I’ll never show up the same way again."

Before working with Evie, I didn’t realize how much fear and people-pleasing were shaping my career decisions. I had been at the same company since graduating college and stayed quiet, overworked, and undervalued because I was afraid of rejection and believed my work should “speak for itself.” On top of that, I was navigating major personal challenges, and I didn’t feel confident advocating for myself at work. I knew something had to change, but I wasn’t sure if investing in coaching would really make a difference.

Through this program, everything shifted. I learned to unpack my money beliefs, build confidence in my value, and clearly articulate my impact without guilt or emotion. With Evie’s support, I prepared my negotiation strategy, backed it with market research, and asked for what I deserved. I negotiated a $41,000 salary increase, secured unlimited PTO, and stepped into a new role with a healthier culture, stronger leadership, and work that aligns with my purpose. What surprised me most was realizing that advocating for myself didn’t close doors—it opened the right ones. I now trust myself, know my worth, and move through my career with confidence instead of fear.

Joselyn M.

When I first joined the program, I was carrying a lot of self-doubt. I didn’t feel valued, and I truly believed that asking for more money meant I was being unrealistic or greedy. During the early conversations about limiting beliefs, I shared how much external pressure had shaped my confidence and made me feel like I wasn’t enough. What surprised me most was how safe and non-judgmental the group felt. Being supported by women at different stages, yet all navigating similar fears, helped me open up and actually confront the mindset that was holding me back from negotiating.

As I worked through those beliefs, everything started to shift. I stopped thinking, “I’m asking for too much,” and started thinking, “What I’m asking for is reasonable and legitimate.” With the tools, practice, and encouragement I received, I negotiated a $33,500 base salary increase from my previous role. Even more importantly, I now trust myself to ask for what I deserve without fear of rejection. This experience didn’t just change my pay—it changed how I see my value, my voice, and what’s possible for me moving forward.

Yazmin

Before joining this program, I was reeling from a really hard realization. I had the courage to ask a male coworker about his salary, and what I learned shocked me—he had the same experience, qualifications, and title as me, yet was being paid significantly more. I felt angry, embarrassed, and unsure how to even process it. Part of me knew I deserved better, but another part was terrified of what would happen if I spoke up or pushed back.

Through this program, I worked through that fear and began to rebuild my confidence. I learned how to set boundaries at work, protect my energy, and stop taking on more responsibility without proper compensation. Most importantly, I addressed the limiting beliefs that made me afraid of rejection during negotiations. With the support and tools I gained, I confidently negotiated a $25,000 salary increase. What surprised me most was realizing that asking for fair pay didn’t make me difficult or ungrateful—it helped me step into my value. I now feel grounded, empowered, and capable of advocating for myself throughout my career, knowing I don’t have to accept being undervalued again.

Jessica

When I first joined the program, I was motivated by money—but also deeply unsure of myself. I had a promotion coming up and kept thinking, How do I ask for more without coming off as greedy or unrealistic? I carried a lot of fear around negotiating, shaped by old money wounds and the belief that I should just be grateful for what I had. Even recognizing those feelings felt vulnerable at first, but being in a non-judgmental group made me realize I wasn’t alone—and that this wasn’t weakness, it was something I could work through.

As we unpacked those limiting beliefs and did the market research together, everything shifted. Evie challenged me to ask for $25,000 more than what I had in mind, which initially felt wild. But once I saw the data and clearly understood how much my responsibilities had grown, it finally made sense. I didn’t just gain confidence in that negotiation—I gained perspective. I stopped saying no to myself, stopped minimizing my value, and started seeing new possibilities. Now, I’m not only negotiating from a place of self-trust, I’m even exploring other roles I wouldn’t have considered before. Advocating for myself didn’t cost me respect or opportunities—it expanded what I believe is possible for my career and my future.

Orlenda

Before working with Evie, I was stuck in a toxic work environment and didn’t fully realize how much fear and self-doubt were shaping my career. I was constantly overworking, afraid to take time off, and scared that speaking up—especially about money—would lead to rejection or make me seem ungrateful. I knew I was underpaid, but I didn’t trust myself enough to believe that better opportunities actually existed for me.

Through this program, everything shifted. I learned how to set boundaries, unpack my limiting beliefs around money, and clearly articulate my value without guilt or fear. With the negotiation strategy and practice I received, I confidently navigated my job search and negotiated a $19,000 base salary increase, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, a $500 office stipend, hybrid work (three days remote), and additional long-term benefits like paid education support. What surprised me most was realizing that advocating for myself didn’t close doors—it opened the right ones. Today, I feel calm, confident, and respected at work, and I trust myself to continue negotiating and building a career that supports both my growth and my well-being.

Jackie R.

Before working with Evie, I knew deep down that I was underpaid—but I didn’t fully believe I deserved more yet. As a first-gen Latina, I carried a lot of imposter syndrome and the belief that to earn a raise, I had to do more, work harder, or wait longer. I was afraid that asking for more would make me seem ungrateful or unrealistic, and I had never negotiated my salary before.

Through the program, that mindset slowly began to shift. The mindset work, group support, and preparation helped me see how much my money beliefs were holding me back. I learned how to clearly articulate my value, build a strong case, and prepare a thoughtful counteroffer—without tying my self-worth to the outcome. When I finally walked into my negotiation, I professionally shared my disappointment with the initial number and confidently asked for more. I negotiated a $17,000 salary increase, and to my surprise, my manager supported and advocated for me. I didn’t feel guilty. I didn’t feel like I was asking for too much. I remember thinking, I thought this was going to be way harder. Now I trust myself to ask for what I need, knowing I’ll never settle for less again.

Brenda C.

It’s honestly wild to realize we’ve only been in this program for 12 months, because it feels like I’ve known this group for so much longer. Before joining, I constantly second-guessed myself—my work ethic, my value, and what I deserved. I didn’t even realize how deeply I believed that more money wasn’t meant for me. I was playing small, staying safe, and assuming my current job was as far as I could go.

The biggest shift for me was my mindset. I learned how quickly beliefs can change when you’re given the right support and tools. I stopped telling myself I didn’t deserve more and started moving through my days with confidence and clarity. That shift showed up fast: I negotiated a $25,000 salary increase and, just as importantly, gave myself permission to dream beyond my current role. I’m no longer letting fear dictate what I reach for. I now trust myself to ask for what I want without worrying about rejection, and I’m building a future that feels bigger, aligned, and actually possible.

Magdalena

Coming out of college, I truly believed I didn’t have leverage. My mindset was, “I should just be grateful to get any job,” even if it didn’t feel aligned or sustainable. The job search felt overwhelming and lonely, especially watching peers land roles while I questioned whether I was being unrealistic for wanting more. I didn’t realize at the time how much fear, people-pleasing, and money trauma were influencing my decisions—I just assumed that as a new graduate, I didn’t get to have preferences or boundaries.

Through this program, that belief completely shifted. I learned how to understand my worth, articulate my value—even as a fresh graduate—and separate my past money experiences from my future career decisions. With the support of this group, I negotiated $19,500 above my original salary expectation, set clear boundaries around what I was willing to accept, and gave myself permission to wait for a role that truly fit. What surprised me most was realizing that asking thoughtful, confident questions didn’t make me seem difficult—it showed self-respect. Now, I approach my career with confidence, clarity, and trust in myself, knowing I can build a future that supports both my mental health and my long-term success.

Before working with Evie, I didn’t truly believe someone like me could negotiate their way close to six figures. I wasn’t an engineer and I didn’t work in a hospital, so I assumed higher pay wasn’t realistic. Even though I wanted more, I felt unsure about how to ask without sounding ungrateful or risking the offer altogether. I knew I had strengths, but I didn’t know how to confidently communicate them in a salary conversation.

Working with Evie changed that. She gave me practical, step-by-step guidance on how to approach negotiating a new role, and the mock salary negotiation was a turning point. Practicing out loud helped me really see the qualities and assets I bring to the table—and understand that higher pay wasn’t something I had to justify emotionally, but something I could ask for strategically. After our calls and ongoing communication, I felt empowered, informed, and calm going into the conversation. I successfully negotiated $17,000 in salary increases, and more importantly, I now trust myself to advocate for my worth as I continue to grow in my career. Evie’s mentorship was invaluable, and I know I’ll carry these skills with me for the rest of my professional life.

Ajee

Before working with Evie, I was extremely fearful about negotiating my salary as an undergraduate. I didn’t believe I had earned the right to ask for more and assumed that pushing back would make me seem ungrateful or cost me the opportunity altogether. Even when I had multiple offers, I felt unsure of myself and questioned whether I should just accept whatever was given to me.

Through Evie’s support, that mindset completely shifted. She gave me practical resources, encouragement, and showed me how to strategically leverage counteroffers instead of negotiating from fear or guesswork. With her guidance, I confidently navigated conversations with multiple companies and successfully negotiated a $7,000 salary increase. More importantly, I learned how to advocate for myself without apologizing or worrying about being seen as difficult. Now, I trust my value, feel empowered to negotiate throughout my career, and know I don’t have to settle early on just because I’m at the beginning of my professional journey.

Kailynn

Before this program, I was stuck in a survivor mindset. Part of it came from unhealthy office dynamics, and part of it came from how I was raised—always being told to have something lined up, to never take a leap unless it felt completely safe. I believed that questioning my compensation or considering other opportunities was irresponsible. I felt pressure to carry the weight of the office on my shoulders, as if it were my job to keep everything running smoothly, even at my own expense.

Through this program, something clicked. I realized I’m not responsible for the well-being of the company—I’m not the CEO, and it’s not my fault if leadership chooses not to invest in their people. That shift alone was freeing. I learned to see the bigger picture: that I—and many of my colleagues—were undervalued, and that didn’t mean there was something wrong with me. Letting go of that guilt helped me reclaim my confidence and open myself up to new possibilities. I’m no longer afraid that speaking up or exploring what’s next will make me seem disloyal or difficult. I feel grounded, clear, and genuinely excited about the future I’m now allowing myself to imagine.

Nohemi G.

Before joining this program, I felt underpaid and unsure of myself, especially after a past negotiation didn’t go the way I had hoped. I knew I had experience and skills, but I struggled to articulate them confidently and often second-guessed whether I was asking for too much. As a first-gen woman of color, a lot of my hesitation came from deep-rooted limiting beliefs about what I was allowed to want and whether I should just be grateful for what I already had.

Through this program, everything began to shift. The resume quantification & value articulation workshop was a turning point—it forced me to actually look at my experience and realize how much I bring to the table. Pairing that practical work with mindset and affirmations helped me rewrite the beliefs that were holding me back. I became more confident, more grounded, and more prepared to negotiate from a place of clarity instead of fear. What surprised me most was realizing that advocating for myself didn’t make me difficult—it made me honest and aligned. Now, I feel supported, motivated, and ready to step into opportunities knowing I can ask for more and trust myself to receive it.

In Spring 2022, I was ready to negotiate my salary for the first time in 6 years! I am a teacher and for some reason my 15 years of experience were not matching my new salary; my new salary represented a teacher with 5 years of experience. This was mind-blowing, because for the first time ever I was doing my research about salaries in my field. I knew this because by this time I was reading Evie’s newsletter, and she urged women to do their research. After getting so many gems in her newsletter I went ahead and got her product. It was the best investment!!! Evie encouraged me to do my research, know my worth, know how to negotiate, and let go of the mindset of “maybe I am too greedy” or “Just be thankful”. In Spring 2023 it was time to renew my teaching contract again. Evie’s product gave me all the tools I needed to negotiate and know my worth and experience. This time I was able to negotiate other benefits, including grad school reimbursement and a bonus!!!

Frequently asked questions

You’ve got questions. We’ve got answers.

Negotiating is scary, is it really that important?

Absolutely! As a matter of fact, negotiating is critical for women and especially women of color due to it's impact to build generational wealth. A statistic from 2020 found that 60% of women DO NOT negotiate their salary. Women who DO NOT negotiate lose $500,000 over the course of their careers, where as women who negotiate consistently earn $1,000,000 over the course of their career.

What if there is no room to negotiate salary?

Never assume there isn't room for negotiations. If they can't budge on the salary, there are plenty of other valuable items to negotiate on like, sign-on bonus, stock options, more PTO, remote work, flexibility in schedule, etc.

Is negotiating only for when starting a new job?

No! You can negotiate at anytime. In fact, I encourage my clients to negotiate their salary at their current jobs as well, especially after the completion of a successful project. Considering that each year we see about a 2-3% inflation, negotiating a salary raise annually is crucial to reducing the impacts of inflation.

Will recent layoffs impact my ability to negotiate?

This is such a great question! In midst of recent layoffs, many people are wondering if they have to settle for the first offer. Even during a time of layoffs, you can still negotiate. Maybe the budgets won't be as big as before, but they still offer a range for roles. Always negotiate, the worst case is they say "no" - and there is still a way to negotiate on things outside of base salary.

What if I'm looking to change roles in a new industry, do my skills and experience still count?

YES! You're skills are 100% transferrable! Even if you're new to an industry, you're previous experience can still be relevant and transferable. Don't discredit your previous experience. Your skills are still relevant and you get to bring them with you to the new industry.

Hi There!

I'm Evie, a First-Gen Latina helping women build wealth through mindset transformation and salary negotiations. I empower my clients to break generational curses. I've helped my clients collectively negotiate over $810,000 in salary increases!
